Scope of Service
The platform provides public plan purchases, top-ups for existing API keys, quota lookup, order lookup, and related documentation.
Some capabilities depend on third-party payment, model-provider, or operations systems, and may be maintained, adjusted, or temporarily unavailable when necessary.

User Responsibilities
Please make sure your email address, API key, and order details are accurate so delivery and support are not delayed.
Keep your API key secure, and do not use the platform for illegal activity, attacks, abuse, or uses that violate upstream model policies.
Do not use the platform to generate, spread, or assist with illegal, false, infringing, pornographic, violent, terrorist, gambling, fraud-related, minor-related illegal, privacy-violating, or network-disruptive content.
Do not use the platform for face-swap or voice-cloning infringement, manipulative companionship chat, removing or bypassing AI-content labels, data poisoning, paid manipulation, malicious scraping, exploit development, malware sample generation, or other offensive uses.

Pricing and Delivery
Displayed package prices, bonus rules, and credited quota are based on the pre-payment page and the order snapshot.
If a successful payment is not credited, delivery fails, or a duplicate charge appears, the platform will review the order record and handle the issue.

Restrictions and Actions
If malicious orders, abnormal calls, fraud, or other high-risk behavior is detected, the platform may pause the related order, top-up, or delivery process.
The platform may update packages, copy, payment methods, and usage rules when necessary, and will try to keep public pages updated accordingly.
