What Base URL should Claude Code use?

Set ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL to https://api.weeanno.example. Claude Code appends the Messages path automatically, so the full endpoint becomes https://api.weeanno.example/v1/messages.

Why does the default model show claude-sonnet-4-6?

It matches Claude Code's default call shape so the connection works on the first try. After connecting, switch ANTHROPIC_MODEL to any supported model.

Does quota expire?

No. Most models are billed by actual token usage, and purchased quota does not expire. You can top up an existing key anytime.
